Key points of sistematic analysis about ALS managent of Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA):

 

  1. No evidence that any of the commonly used vasoactive drugs are beneficial on neurological outcome
  2. Controversial evidences on antiarrhythmics drugs effectivness
  3. Only good quality CPR and electric therapy improves outcome
  4. Ultra Sonography for diagnosis of underliyng reversible causes and targeted therapies on individual patient’s response must be implemented
  5. EtCO2, Near-infrared spectometry, VF analysis, Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation must be part of future management
